Want to re-publish with APC?

You must complete the required form before you mail your book to APC. We will not begin a read-through until we receive your online request form. You must have the original working files for APC to re-publish your book. If we have to build your book from scratch, then APC will charge its normal publishing fee. 

**APC does NOT return books submitted for consideration.**
